How to make it? Just make water kefir the regular way, but add some wildflowers to the brew.
I used elderflowers (Sambucus nigra)
Dutch: Vlierbloesem - French: Fleur de sureau - German: Holunderblüten
and a few aromatic roses (Rosa sp.)
Dutch: Roos - French: Rose - German: Ros.
