>>> Want to learn more about edible & medicinal wild plants?

All of our ancestors knew about the power of edible wild plants. Today, they are the missing link in our diet.
Yet they are ultra fresh, local, and you can pick them for free.

So what's the catch?

You need to know what plant you are dealing with, when to harvest and how to prepare it.

Many people have forgotten about wild plants, or think that they are hard to find. Some may think they all taste horrible, and others believe that you need many years of foraging experience before you can pick them.

That's not true. You can do this too. You can be a wild plant forager. Even if you live in a city. And I guarantee you, you'll be amazed at how simple it really is, and how much fun.

Learn about eating wild plants and you will

Last small batch of plantain seeds. Using them as a substitute for chia seeds. I noticed that eating these ancestral wild foods makes me feel connected to past generations and how the hardships they survived make us realise how resilient we are. ❤️
